G4G Lebanon Challenge

This blog was born as the result of signing up to do a charity challenge with Gulf For Good in 2010.  I shared the highs and lows of getting fit and the progress along 117km of the Lebanon Mountain Ec0-trail from Qoubayat to Hasroun, Lebanon, May 7 – 14, 2010.
